With Angelica Panganiban's twitter war with Claudine Barretto still fresh in our minds (blog posts here and here), here comes another twitter catfight - this time with an avid, or should I say rabid, fan of Azkal Football team striker Phil Younghusband.
What started it all? A twit from Angelica Panganiban that said: (IamAnglicaP) "Si Phil may indie film..Akala ko ba football player siya? (lahat na lang artista na... sad)"
It was followed by: "Masama. Sana magfocus na lang silang lahat sa football. Para sa pinas kasi yun. After na lang ng tourny mag artista."
A fan took Angelica Panganiban twits as a diss to his/her beloved Phil Younghusband and so for the next few minutes, or hours maybe, both Angelica and the fan traded twitter messages. What can I say but those are minutes/hours you can never get back.
I was Team Angelica! even before knowing that she just meant famewhore Phil Younghusband shouldn't be doing an indie film while doing football.
The exchange between Angelica Panganiban and the fan got heated to a point where the words "estupida" "boba' and "i-bj na lang si Derek" came up - from the fan to Angelica.
Angelica Panganiban was getting a kick out of the exchange of twitter messages up until that point. The next twitter message from Angelica went out to her lawyer. And up until that point I was Team Angelica!.
I'm pretty sure it was not Angelica's first time to hear being referred to as estupida and boba. So I could also assume she took offense to the words "i-bj na lang si Derek." Isn't Angelica proud of blowing Derek? A lot of gays and a good portion of the female population would love to trade places with her.
I don't believe Angelica and Derek just hold hands in the many unchaperoned trips that they have taken together. A textbook hypocrite is what Angelica Panganiban is.
As for suing the famewhore Phil Younghusband fan, good luck with that. It's in a lawyer's best interest to advise a client to go ahead with a lawsuit. That's how they make money - frivolous lawsuit or not.
