Shaina Magdayao Scandalous Rumor Is Not True - Boy Abunda

In his SNN TV program, TV host/manager defended young star Shaina Magdayao against rumors that she was brought to the emergency room recently still intimately attached to boyfriend, actor John Lloyd Cruz.

The rumor started as a blind item in radio and tabloids but has now spread in blogs.

Abunda's statement: ''Mga kaibigan, nais lamang po nating itama ang isang maling balita. Kasi po may umiikot na malisyoso at bastos na balita na may kinalaman kina Shaina Magdayao at John Lloyd Cruz. The first time I heard about this tsismis... ang involved na ospital po, mga kaibigan, ay isang ospital sa Quezon City hanggang ito ay nalipat sa isang ospital sa Makati. Ito ay may kinalaman sa diumano'y pagdala kay Shaina Magdayao sa isang ospital... Ito po ay walang katotohanan. Ito po'y... this is unfair especially to a girl like Shaina. Hindi po ito totoo, 'wag po kayong maniwala.''

''As a matter of fact, si Shaina po ay busy sa kanyang taping para sa 'Precious Hearts Presents Alynna.' Samantala, si Lloydy naman po ay bising-busy din naman po para kanyang trabaho sa 'Imortal.''

"A girl like Shaina." Does Boy Abunda mean Shaina is too good a girl to engage in sexual relations with her boyfriend? I'm not saying the rumors are true but Boy's defense rings hollow. Insuating that Shaina is a good girl = virgin is akin to saying Boy is anally pure.

Boy's defense about the busyness of Shaina and John Lloyd to catch 5-10 minutes of sex is silly. Are they working 24/7? If you're stressed from work, aren't you more liable to find channels, i.e sex, to relieve the stress.

In other words, nagmamalinis pa si Boy Abunda tungkol kay Shaina. Shaina is no angel. Why doesn't he say categorically that it's impossible for Shaina and John to be brought to the hospital still attached in their nether regions because there has been no case of penis captivus reported in any reputed medical journals ever?

Anyway, personally I believe that this rumor is too good to be true. I don't think either of them has done any major major bad thing to warrant retribution of karmic proportions.

The only people who would jump in glee if this salacious rumor turns out to be true are John Pratts, Ruffa Gutierrez, Anabelle Rama, and maybe probably Sarah Geronimo.

Finally! I have the answer to a tabloid blind item about an incident that is outright embarrassing and potentially fatal for the cast of characters - not to mention one for the books, if actually true.

The blind item was about a celebrity couple who were rushed to a Manila hospital with blankets hiding their identities because the man's penis was still stuck in the girl's lady parts and can't get out.

There's a medical term for it - penis captivus - a relatively rare medical condition in which a woman's vaginal muscles uncontrollably spasm during intercourse, trapping her partner's penis inside her vagina.

Per the tabloid, the female half of the couple apparently overdid her muscle control thingy. The other claim was that the male half took viagra - too ambitious, perhaps, or overcompensating, I don't know.

The tabloid version is too general, bordering on vague, on the identities of the unlucky couple. The male is a good dramatic actor and the female is a young actress.

The radio version gave an initial, JL for the male, and kapatid ng aktres sa Agua Bendita, for the female.

While this blind item is juicy and is one for the ages, saner, more rational minds must prevail.

Google is a wealth of information. Penis captivus is a very rare medical condition. There are case studies reported in reputed medical journals. In actuality, however, its origin started as an elaborate hoax.

But we never know. Stranger things have happened and continue to happen in this country of ours. Also, I'm thinking there's no actual case of penis captivus documented for posterity in medical literature because no couple has ever reported it due to embarassment. Think about it. Do you want to be in the news and in Youtube for all eternity because of a case of penis captivus?

As for our celebrity couple - it may be true what happened to them or they may just the victim of a nasty rumor. Either way, they are the unlucky of the unluckiest.

And that noise you're hearing is Ruffa Gutierrez trying to hold her tears in lest the two leeches she calls pair of lips decide to walk out on her.

Now that John Lloyd has finally admitted that he and Shaina are "sila na," entertainment reporters can now cease from asking "kayo na ba?"

Not that it was obvious. John Lloyd and Shaina have been spotted in a bike shop together, in a mall and more recently in Singapore. Hindi naman halata, ano?

I don't know if reporters are just being obtuse accidentally on purpose or they just don't have anything interesting to ask anymore. I mean, the couple's are not exactly being discreet. Kailangan pa talagang i-confirm.

Ang mga katanungan na gaya ng "Kayo na ba?" ay parang lang tanong kay Gretchen Barreto na "silicone ba ang mukha mo?" Hindi na kailangang tanungin.

Actually, I'm kinda down that John Lloyd finally put the issue to rest because the next endless question now to them would be "Kailan kayo magpapakasal?" Ugh! So predictable!

Well, let's send the new couple good vibes. On second thought let's just toast them. I have high hopes for this couple because the "a couple that drinks together, stays together."

Ruffa Gutierrez Changes Facebook Status from Single to It’s Complicated

It’s a veerrry slow day in local showbiz when something as mundane as a celebrity’s status on a social networking site is breaking news.

I guess it is really complicated if you are Ruffa Gutierrez.

She is not divorced from the indiscretion of her youth, her first husband who her mom called PG (patay gutom). She’s a second princess so she had a second husband. Is her second marriage null since technically she was still married when she married her second? If not, isn’t that called bigamy? Then, there’s John Lloyd Cruz, whom she played tourist guide for when they were (conveniently) at the same area at the same time.

There's one or two paparazzi shots of Ruffa Gutierrez and John Lloyd Cruz walking into a hotel and shopping floating around the Internets.

I don’t know what the big deal is with the Ruffa-John Lloyd romance. Her mommyger Anabelle Rama was initially against, even making a big fuss about on national TV. Since then, Anabelle has made a fast 360, faster than I can say “gimmick.”

Ano ba masama? John Lloyd is obviously on the rebound after breaking up with his stylist girlfriend and after getting shut down by Sarah Geronimo’s stage mother. Si Ruffa nagdadalaga for the second time and is available. The stars where aligned for them, so let them be.

It’s not Ruffa’s lovelife I’m interested in. Rather, I’m on a Ruffa cheeks and lips watch. I really love the Chipmunks movie, but I don’t know how I feel about chipmunk cheeks on a second princess. As for the lips, duck lips are flattering on a, ah, duck, but not on a second princess.

Who know who can benefit from a silicone injection or two on the lips? Jake Cuenca. Manipis ang nguso. He’s been tight-lipped ever since. He looks perpetually displeased about something, or he looks like he smelled something rotten that’s why he is displeased.

Speaking of Jake Cuenca, I read (in a tabloid, of course) Kim Chu got herself a boob job. With the kind of frame she has, big boobs, even medium-sized boobs, is pansinin. I have a friend. She’s tiny and she’s got 36Ds. Pansinin nga. LOL .. If true, about the boob job, I mean, then good luck to Kim Chu. I hope she doesn’t topple over.

Box-Office King & Queen for 2008: John Lloyd Cruz and Sarah Geronimo

The 40th Box-Office Entertainment Awards was held last Sunday, June 21, at the Carlos P. Romulo Auditorium on the 4th floor of the RCBC Plaza. The awards are given annually by the Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation, Inc.

Some big name stars failed to show up to receive their awards, including Dolphy, Vic Sotto, Sharon Cuneta, Martin Nievera, KC Concepcion, Richard Gutierrez, at Arnel Pineda. Aljur Abrenica failed to show up on time to personally receive his award for Most Promising Actor.

Marian Rivera's Makes The Cover of Yes! Magazine's 100 Most Beautiful Stars

Upcoming Darna lead star Marian Rivera bags this year's distinction as the cover of YES! magazine's 100 Most Beautiful Stars. Last year's honor belonged to KC Concepcion, who made it to the special issue's "Princesses of the Cinema" category this year.

The 24-year-old actress - whose ascend to young superstar status in barely three years is nothing short of phenomenal - personally attended the launching of the magazine, where she herself unveiled the cover for all the guests to see.

The cover shows the Kapuso Network's current darling clad in a teasing strapless bustier mini-dress created by Arleen Sipat for Salsatrends.

"Marian Rivera is a star because she occupies that rare space between aspiration and accessibility," the accompanying article took note.

Aside from the cover girl, the launching was also graced by other celebrities who likewise entered the list, namely Paolo Contis, Donita Rose, Maxine Eigenmann, and Kevin Santos.

Released annually by the country's top entertainment magazine, the 100 Most Beautiful Stars special issue aims to pay tribute to the country's "most good-looking in the land" in the field of show business.

Ruffa Gutierrez Leaves Family Abode

Ruffa Gutierrez left the family home in Dasmarinas Village, Makati City this morning, 6 June, after a major spat with mommyger/moneyger Anabelle Rama. She left with her two daughters with Ylmaz Bektas, Lorin and Venice.

The fight is over a man who is currently being linked to Ruffa Gutierrez. Anabelle called the unnamed guy "walang respeto." She also added "Ang bata bata mo pa nanliligaw ka na sa babaeng may dalawang anak na."

That's not all. The "My Monster Mom" star added these nice and heartwarming words, "Tigilan na ang pagbibigay ng regalo at pagkain kay Ruffa" and Hindi nya {Anabelle} titigilan ang lalaki hanggat hindi tumitigil sa panliligaw kay Ruffa."

Does Anabelle like anyone for her daughter/sons? I read she doesn't like Jewel Mische for her son Richard Gutierrez because she's fantasizing about basking in the glow of a sure to be royal couple in KC Concepcion and Richard. I'm here gleefully imagining Anabelle's reaction when her other son and Richard's twin, Raymond Gutierrez, takes a man home to meet Mama.

I guessed she liked Ylmaz Bektas for Ruffa. Who wouldn't like a rich and handsome man for their daughter? However, look where that marriage got her? Chombag ever to the max. Although that could have been avoided if Ruffa got divorced first with her first husband, or she was enough to admit her marital status to her second husband-to-be. Ah, the indiscretion of youth. It comes back to haunt you, doesn't it? In Ruffa's case, in the form of black eyes.

But back to Ruffa's current suitor. We are talking about John Lloyd Cruz, aren't we? They are being linked together and there are rumors of them checking in in a hotel but on different rooms. Yeah, that's being discreet but it's not a detail that would deter people from putting two and two together. The two have denied any relationship, saying the hotel story stemmed from the various wrap parties they attended for their teleserye I Love Betty La Fea.

As for Anabelle, ano bang parte ng pamumuhay ng mga anak nya ang hinde nya pinakikialaman? Just let John Lloyd find out for himself how life-changing it is to have a relationship with a Ms World Second Princess. Ruffa Gutierrez is not exactly low maintenance is she? She also comes with two kids. Aside from Ruffa's rich and expensive taste for the high life, two kids and an ex-husband with a bad temper are other baggages that John Lloyd has to contend with in that relationship.

But enough on that, I believe, doomed relationship. Let's talk about what has been bugging me about Ruffa's face for the longest time. She now has trout lips and cheekbones up to here hairline. How much silicone went into those body parts? They're gross and unnatural.

Ruffa is BFFs with Pops Fernandez and Gretchen Barreto. Let's try to come up with a common denominator on those three, okay? Who influenced who? Don't they dare try to influence their other BFF BB Gandanghari. I hope BB is stronger than peer pressure.

Sarah Geronimo Gets P200,000 Only Per Movie

Sarah Geronimo is reportedly only getting P200,000 per movie per her contractual agreement with Viva Films, despite having two blockbuster hits in a row: A Very Special Love and You Changed My Life, both opposite John Lloyd Cruz.The initial reports said it was P50,000 per movie, but Star Cinema, the co-producer of Viva Films in Sarah's movies, pushed for the singer-actress to receive a higher pay. At para pampalubag loob, Sarah was given P1 M as a bonus.

It appears to be unfair to Sarah if you compare the salary of other young actresses who have not had the kind of hits that Sarah had (coughangellocsincough). And if you compare this to how much Willie Revillame earns per day, you would seriously think about throwing yourself in front of a bus. It's more than P1 M per day, an amount of money that an average Filipino will never earn in this lifetime.

Anyway, I don't really feel bad for the girl. I mean, have you seen her ten million commercials on TV? She even endorses a school, which as far as I know, she doesn't attend. I would really be surprise to learn if she attends college at all. Yeah, good role model.

BTW, what is Piolo Pascual doing endorsing a powdered detergent? Are we suppose to believe he does his own laundry using that brand of detergent? Wala lang, I just couldn't understand the whole concept of Piolo with a bunch of ladies washing clothes in a river setting. Yeah, perfect choice of a product endorser.

Ok back to Sarah, next time gurl negotiate for a better contract. I read in a tabloid that Sarah's parents are cheapos. Err, the correct words are masinop and matipid. Well, I can understand that. After all, Sarah can't be a cash cow forever.
